The way i stumbled on understand that I wasnt always being conscious.
I had been moaning about the time which i had at friend⤙s farm, lets phone him Jim, to a different friend, lets call her Claire. At time I thought I was describing so what happened and that which was happening so she could comprehend it. My friend was patient beside me for some time. Then she believed to me ⤽where are you in all of thisâ¤. My first reaction was ⤽I⤙m telling youâ¤. Then I realised that most of the Id told her involved Jim and all sorts of hed done and what he wanted me to complete.

So how was I in most of this?
I wasnt present; I had been still distracted by moaning regarding it all. If I had been present Id are already mindful of my choices and that i might have chosen to act differently and I wouldnt be moaning. I decided at this point to take responsibility for my actions making choices consciously. I knew that this would benefit my aims of researching the farm, learning about myself and being aware.
